At EFX, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all tags, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
